Our meat birds have 24-hour access to the Earth (grass, ferns, bugs, etc) and are given Organic No-Soy feed from Columbia County. They are a specialty breed of broiler chicken that we order as chicks from PA.
We boil very small batches of maple syrup in our backyard evaporator.

Yes, we are raising turkeys! We plan to harvest the birds just before Thanksgiving, so your turkey will never be frozen!
Our broad breasted white turkeys are raised on Local, Organic feed. The birds free range and have 24-hr access to the Earth.
